"I am deeply disappointed with the State Farm office's recent level of professionalism. Despite being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I have experienced a significant decline in the quality of service provided. One instance that particularly stands out is when I called my agent prior to purchasing a new vehicle, as I always do. Despite this precaution, I was quoted a price that turned out to be incorrect. I am now paying a difference of $50 more than what was initially quoted to me. When I raised this issue with a representative, I was informed that the adjustment sent to the underwriter resulted in a different quote due to "classified reasons" that they couldn't disclose. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the integrity of the State Farm office. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by this office. If transparency is important to you, I strongly advise seeking another agent. Unfortunately, Sheldon Rice's office lacks transparency, which can lead to frustration and disappointment for customers."
